  • Participate in three (3) personalized 1-1 coaching sessions with our experts to address challenges.

• Evaluation Process:

  • Following the coaching sessions, we assess your progress and application of Masterclass concepts.

  • If significant challenges persist despite your effort and our support, you may qualify for a refund.

• Request Submission:

  • Submit a refund request form with all supporting evidence and details of the 1-1 sessions.

• Approval & Processing: Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe upon approval.

3. Master Room Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Master Room subscriptions, all purchases are final:

• No Refunds: Subscriptions to the Master Room are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Agreement Acknowledgment: By purchasing a subscription, users confirm their acceptance of this policy.
